You have the right to access, rectify, and cancel your personal data, as well as to oppose their processing or revoke the consent that you have granted us for this purpose, through a written request in Spanish, which must be submitted to the address of Operadora XVIII de Diciembre, S.A. de C.V. indicated at the beginning of this notice, or sent by postal mail, prior payment of the corresponding postage to the aforementioned address; said request for access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition must contain and be accompanied by the following: the name of the owner and address or other means to communicate the response to your request, documents proving the identity or, where appropriate, the legal representation of the owner, a clear and precise description of the personal data regarding which any of the aforementioned rights are sought to be exercised, and any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data, and insert your name and handwritten signature, the deadline for responding to your request will be a maximum of fifteen business days counted from the date of receipt of your request. The providers in this regard, your information may be shared with the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, for monthly company information. If you do not express your opposition to the transfer of your personal data, it will be understood that you have consented to it.
Operadora XVIII de Diciembre, S.A. de C.V. may transfer the personal data contained in its databases to government institutions that request it, unless the respective owners expressly express their opposition.
We reserve the right to modify this notice by notifying you through visible announcements in our lodging establishments and/or personally through our staff when you visit our facilities, without prejudice to also using any other means provided by applicable law.
This privacy notice has been drafted in accordance with the provisions of articles 8, 10, 15, 16, 17, 33, 36 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
Based on the provisions of article 10, fraction IV of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, the personal data requested by Operadora XVIII de Diciembre, S.A. de C.V. are intended to fulfill obligations arising from a legal relationship between the owner of such data (the guest), consisting of a lodging contract.
