Hotel Policies

Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 24 hours before the arrival date to avoid charges.

No-show Policy
In case of No Show, one night’s stay will be charged.

Extra Person Policy
An additional charge of $300.00 MXN will apply for the third person in the same room.

Children Policy
Example 1:
Children up to 11 years old are considered. Children 12 years and older will be charged as adults.
Example 2:
2 Children under 12 years old can share the room with 2 adults.

Pet Policy
We accept pets with a charge of $400.00 per pet per night.
